You have the power to change anything you want -- TODAY!
Changing something is simple -- but not easy.
You may tell yourself you want to change something, but it’s your subconscious brain that needs to be convinced.
It’s your subconscious beliefs of the pain and pleasure of what you want to change that will help or prevent you to make long-lasting changes.
You can shift your subconscious beliefs and bring on the change you desire.
Your thoughts, emotions and behaviors have HABIT LOOPS that have been reinforced and strengthened by your previous experience.
Is it time to DISRUPT THE LOOP -- and make the CHANGE YOU WANT?
You have the power 💪 to change anything in your life -- and QUICKLY.
I'm talking hours and days -- certainly not weeks or months!
First, you need the DESIRE to really want to change.
Then you need the ABILITY to change -- which you probably already have!
Then, you need to SET UP everything (and everybody) around you for change.
Your DESIRE has to be internal and intrinsic. External rewards and punishments won't work for long lasting change.
You need to understand the mind and body's response to PLEASURE and PAIN.
If your son or daughter frequently forgets or neglects his/her chores and responsibilities, pleading or punishing may get immediate compliance -- but won't bring on long lasting change.
You need to find a way to make the internal feelings and beliefs more intrinsically pleasurable and the lack of changing more intrinsically painful.
Or more simply -- make PAIN more PLEASURABLE.
You probably already have the ABILITY to change what you need.
I mean, if you want to be able to learn how to dunk a basketball, or paint a million dollar painting -- you may or may not have the actual ability to do that. All the mental strength you can muster won't get you to be able to jump as high as you need or create at the level you want to create.
Otherwise, you already have the ABILITY and POWER that you need to change most other things.
You can:
-- find the strength and feel the urgency
-- practice and master any skills needed (including emotional skills)
-- unleash the power of your mind and body to make quick changes
-- build resilience and prepare for setbacks
How can you set-up your surrounding environment -- physical space and social support -- to help you implement your change?
Some of the people around you -- your peers -- can pressure you into NOT changing. If you change, then they have to look and treat you differently.
That means they have to change too! That may make some of your family, friends and colleagues uncomfortable or even feel threatened.
Separate yourself from those people the best that you can.
Find at least ONE person who you can count on and trust to support your change process and who looks forward to the new you!

You have the power to control most of what you need to make the changes you want quickly and long-lasting!
Find the VITAL BEHAVIORS needed to make your desired change. It usually boils down to small moments of choice and power that can help you make profound shifts.
